Answer:
According to me "Rules are meant to follow and they can also be broken". For example, if we are not following the rule on-road then there is a chance for an accident. And nowadays due COVID 19, we should follow the rules given by the government like wearing a mask and sanitizing our hands or we are going to be affected by a coronavirus. Another example if we are no breaking the rules then we must be in ancient time. Were we use stones to produce fire but now we are using matchbox, litre etc. The is someone who broken the rules and found this latest technology.
Conclusion: I say that rules are there to follow as well as they are there to broken.

The essay will be as follows:
- Rules are meant to be broken. I have always questioned authority and those in power. I have never liked rules. Rules can be questionable and those who set these rules never take in the bigger picture.
- One time I broke the rules was writing on the classroom walls. It was a holiday and we were given the day off from the school. But I was getting bored at home so I decided to go to the school compound and break some rules.
- Once I got to the class, I had this idea of taking the marker and writing on the class walls. I wrote various explicit words and drew images which were not supposed to be on there.
- However, what I forgot about were the cameras in the classes. The next day I was caught by the principal and had to give an explanation for my actions. I was told to make sure and do whatever I could and get the ink off the wall. I was also suspended for three days and this would go on my record.
- From that day onwards I always made sure not to break the rules of the school.
