We have,

4x²+4√3x+3=0

On comparing with ax²+bx+c=0,

a=4,b=4√3 and c=3

Now,

Discriminant

b²-4ac

=(4√3)² - 4(4)(3)

=48-48

=0

As the discriminant of the given equation is zero,the roots are real and equal

Step-by-step explanation:

Hi,

4X² + 4√3x + 3

Here,

Coefficient of X² = 4

Coefficient of X = 4√3

And,

Constant term = 3.

Therefore,

Discriminant ( D )= b² - 4ac

=> (4√3)² - 4 × 4 × 3

=> 48 - 48

=> 0

Discriminant of the given equation is 0 , so the equation has real and equal roots.

Hope it will help you :)
