He was one of the best and famous sitar players. He has won the Grammy awards three times and was a true international ambassador for music. He was a “performer, teacher, composer and writer”. He was active upto the age of 80.
Visit to historical monument:
The historical monument I visited was “The Taj Mahal”. Its monumental beauty took my breath away. It stands as a synonym for love. Its pure white has started fading but the
beauty is still there. Shah Jahan had built this monument for his queen Mumtaz. It is a beautiful sight to watch both early in the morning and at dusk when it gets covered by the moonlight. Its architectural marvel cannot be explained in words. Once seen, it will always makes us to visit again and again.
