I am a local citizen of Orissa but i want to say you that Orissa had suffered from the cyclone Fani and twenty-four people died and among them fifteen were fisherman and their families.

So what do we learn? we learn that fisherman are facing the danger during natural disaster like cyclone and high tides and my main intention of writing you this letter is that people have lost more due to this cyclone and we should help the fisherman by giving some fund and restarting their life.

So most of the danger is being faced by the local civilians and specially by the fishermen.
