A note on 44th amendment act

i. constitutional protection to publication in newspaper of the proceedings of the Parliament and State Legislatures.

ii. the President may only once send advice of the Cabinet for reconsideration.

iii. Restoration of some powers of the Supreme Court.

iv. fundamental Rights Guaranteed by Articles 20 and 21 cannot be suspended during a national emergency.

v. the Right to Property was deleted from the list of fundamental right. It is now only a legal right under the Constitution.
