Each Soul is a Potential God  Every Human being has a Spark of Divine  Divine means perfection in knowledge, wisdom and power  Immense Potential Energy for Self Development  Make Impossible a Reality or Perform Miracles and bring Prosperity to his organization along with Harmony, Happiness and Personal Devpt 

Holistic Approach  Based on Spiritual Principle of Unity, Oneness, Non-dual or Advaita concept  Entire Humanity is One  ‘Atmano Mokshartham Jagat Hitya Cha.’ (For gaining perfection in individual life, as well as for the welfare of the world.) 

Equal Importance to Subjectivity / Objectivity  Subject is subtle and intangible  Object is concrete and tangible or visible  Qualities such as courage, vision, social awareness, fearlessness, integrity, pure and clear mind, truth, etc. are subjective and has equal importance to that of Tangible things like Money, Material etc. 

Karma yoga  Identifying priorities and trying to Achieve them  A person must have accountability  Gita says that do your duty without ego and without calculations of gain or loss.  One has no control over the future hence never waste your present in useless dreams of future hopes and fears of present actions. 

Karma Yoga  Why do I work?  For my own salvation and personal growth  For the good of the world  Money is important but running behind money all the time leads to tension, stress and total loss of peace 

Yoga Karmasu Kaushalam  Yoga means excellence at work  Kaushalam denotes doing work with devotion and without attachment i.e. without being a workaholic  You have no anticipation of reward, or personal gain  In total quality management (TQM) Karma Yoga and Yoga Karmasu Kaushalam provide valuable contributions 

Co-operation  Indian ethos says that for human beings co-operation is a powerful motivator  The Gita says: “By co – operation and mutual help all shall achieve the highest human welfare”  Excessive competition at work can destroy many young people and our social life.  Cooperation, united efforts and striving for success leads to all round prosperity and success in any field of human enterprise.
