i). It is eukrayotic organism.

ii).It is autotroph.

iii). It is unicellular as well as multicellular.

iv). It's cell wall is made up of cellulose.

v). It's body is called thaloid.

vi). It has not well bodies like roots, stems, leaves and flowers. It is thus included in subdivision thallophyta of kingdom plantae.

vii). It reproduces both sexually as well as asexually.
