Answer : Copy and paste option has been used when you want to use large sentences at some other place instead of actual typing. This helps in saving the time of device user in getting completed with work.

Step-by-step explaination :

Step to copy any thing -

Step 1. Bring cursor near to the word/sentence whuch you want to copy.

Step 2. Click on one of the word and then have a long press on that word

Step 3. Drag the cursor from starting to ending and leave the long press.

Step 4. A dialogue box appears, click on copy option.

Steps to paste that sentence -

Step 1. Click at any empty place for long and then leave the mouse.

Step 2. A dialogue box appears where you have to click paste option.

The copied line will be pasted there.
