Planting trees reduce the soil erosion. Trees help bring rain in abundance, therefore, increasing water oh earth. The soil becomes fertile when the plants die and decay. Plants in turn also provide oxygen for humans. Forests with a lot if trees have abundant rain every year. The rain when seeps through the soil helps more plants grow.
