1.each fallopian tube is about 10-12 cm long and extend from peripheri of each ovary to uterus

2. the part closer to ovary is funnel shape infundibulum the ages of infundibulum posses finger like projection called fimbriae which help to collection of ovum after ovulation

2. the infundibulum leads to a wider partof oviduct k/a ampulla

3. the last part of oviduct is isthmus has a narrow lumen and it join the uterus

4. the ampullary isthmus juction that's the site where fertilisation occure
