The heart is a muscular organ in most animals, which pumps blood through the blood vessels of the circulatory system. Blood provides the body with oxygen and nutrients, as well as assisting in the removal of metabolic wastes. In humans, the heart is located between the lungs, in the middle compartment of the chest.

-:Human heart :-

The organ system of human beings and including other animals which is responsible gor the transport of various material through oit the whole baody is called circulatory system.

The various organs of circulatory system consists of mainly heart, arteries, vein, capillaries.

In the circulatory system the heart acts as a pumping machine .Which is perform it's function throughout the life without being fatigue.

Without heart it's not possible to circulate the different material which are necessary for an animal to obtain energy.

So heart is very important organ for an organism.

Working of heart in human :-

There are 3 types of blood vessels such as arteries, vein and capillaries which acts as pipes which helps blood to flow through the body in a pattern.

The heart is roughly triangular in shape made up of special muscles name cardic muscles

Human beings consists of 4 chamber heart name left attrium, left ventricle, right atrium, and right ventricle. Through the pulmonary vein oxygeneted bloods are taken inside the left atrium and then pussed inside left ventricle through V¹ and pussed again through V³ into main arteries. Then te main arteires carry this blood to whole the body parts. And agian the blood is sucked inside heart by main vein ( dioxygeneted blood) inside right atrium through V² andpjssed into right ventricle and then from right ventricle blood is again pumped outside through V⁴ into pulmonary vein towarf lungs to. make it again oxygen rich blood and this process is going like this continuesly.
