parent'sreally care for about their children.sometimes we would feel that they don't understand our feelings and our cruel to us, but we realize later that are like this only to give us encouragement. In this story the parents wanted to give the young seagull an incentive to fly. The parents really wanted to teach the seagull to fly by planning to let him starve on his ledge.At last the mother showed a piece of fish to the hungry seagull,maddened by hunger the seagull dived at the fish and began to fly. This the parental care was praised by Liam o Flaherty.
