Explanation:

Rights provide the foundation upon which civilised human society functions. Without rights, a society would be reduced to a situation where the mighty and the strong gain precedence and those without power would have no course of redressal in case of personal injury, threat or harm to their life and liberty. A situation where individuals exist without rights would render them liable to the marcy of the state and changes of regime. It would also lead to a collapse of a society that is guided by reason and morals and individuals would no longer be free from the initiation of force.

hope this will help you

Answer:

  • India is a democratic country, where citizens live with complete freedom, however, they have many obligations towards their country. Rights and obligations are two sides of the same coin and both go hand in hand. If we hold rights, we also have some obligations attached to those rights. Wherever we are living, whether it is home, society, village, state or country, rights and responsibilities go with us step by step.
