Nur Jahan's influence on Jahangir may be divided into two phases first phase (1611-1622) and the second phase (1622-1627). She was the only Mughal empress to have coinage embossed in her name. She used to be present when the Emperor ran court, and even she used to run court self-reliantly when the Emperor was sick.
