He will try to develop SAARC nations more.
He will try to develop USA - Europe like model with them where India will protect their rights and they will give business in return. It will also help in reducing cross border disputes. 

He will prefer China and Japan more than US and European nations.
The economic and defense deals with Japan and China will increase.
Defense technologies will be imported from China.

The role of USA will be limited to a business partner.

In short instead of acting like minnows in front of US and Europe, he will act like Shark in front of the rest of the world. 
Of course with the help of China and Japan.
