Right against Exploitation

This right is mentioned and described in articles 23 and 24 of our constitution i.e. Indian constitution. It basically puts an end to all types of exploitation such as beggary, forced labour, unjustified underpayment, etc. This right also prohibits any employment of children under 14 years in any work fraught with danger, namely factories, mines, constructions of bridges and building, etc. Hence this right makes bonded labour an offence which is punishable by law. If someone is paid less than minimum wages in that field the  it can also be termed as forced labour and is punishable by law.
