Kingdom Mycota consists of eukaryotic organisms. Fungi exist in two fundamental forms; multicellular, filamentous or hyphal form (molds) and unicellular or budding form (yeast). They lack chlorophyll (chloroplast) and can't prepare their own food, hence are called organotrophic heterotrophs.
