Explanation:

The french empire has acquired colonies in the carabbian region, where in French plantation owners employed local hands. However, shortage of manual labour in these plantation led to the blossoming of a triangular slave trade in Europe, africa and America. French slave traders sailed from southern french ports of Bordeaux and Nantes and bought African slaves from local cheiftains. From there on the slaves were shipped to America in inhuman conditions and force to work in carabbian plantation.
