- The delhi sulthanate brought a shift in the direction of architecture in the subcontinent. The sultans brought with them, influence from central Asia which were mainly constructed in grey stones
- Akbar went on to build the entire city of Fatehpur Sikri (City of Victory) in which extensive use was made of the low arches and bulbous domes that characterize the Mughal style. Built in 1571 the choice of the site of Sikri reflected Akbar's gratitude to a Muslim saint at Sikri for the birth of his son.

Answer:
The turks during 13th century saw the beginning of indo Islamic architecture in india. The Turkish rulers bought the styles like dkmes, arches, motifs, mirrors and minerats etc. It was a Persian style architecture in which the garden was divided into 4 parts with the help of walkways or flowing water.
The akbar was a great ruler and architecture designer also. During his region the indo Islamic architecture in india came to the fullest form. He made various monuments like Panchmahal and Jodhabai Palace. He used double domes for his architecture designing. He also made a City which was the new capital city which he built near Agar named Fatehpur Sikri.
This is what as much as I know.
Thanks
