Explanation:

In the poem, the poet used Indian English which means speaking or writing in English which reflects the Indian influence on the language. Indian English is one of  the oldest variety of English. It is the dialect of English spoken by the Indians and it is different from other English speaking countries as many new words and modification had  shaped this English . In India , the English language started after the Britishers started to teach it at every school,workplace,worship centers,etc. and thus from that time English has been in India going through many changes and growing into the popular language of communication among people. Yes, it generates humour.
