Answer:

The process of making Bill is as follows;

  1. Firstly the send to the two houses of “Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha” for making corrections and some additions if required
  2. After this one house give the reading to it.
  3. After the approval of Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha the bill sends to the other houses .
  4. Then the bill sends to the president for approval. If the president passed then the bill become the law.

Difference between Ordinary Bill and Money Bill:

  • The money bill is introduced into the Lok Sabha only while the Ordinary bill is introduced in either (Lok sabha or Rajya Sabha) of the parliament.
  • The money bill is detained by the “Rajya Sabha” for maximum 14 days while the ordinary bill is detained by “the Rajya Sabha” for maximum 6 months.
  • Money bills can be rejected or accepted, but can’t be returned by ‘the President for reconsideration’ (because earlier permission has been taken from them) while the ordinary bill is “rejected, accepted, or returned” for reconsideration.
