• there is wide -dispersal of radioactive substances in environment by the use of nuclear weapons and it's effect remains for long time. The worst example in the nuclear bombardment first in Nagasaki and then in Hiroshima of Japan in 1945. It resulted into death of millions of people along with various disability. After 70 years of incidence it is being experienced today by the ill-effect of such nuclear explosion.

• There is uncontrolled chain-reaction by the explosion of nuclear weapon. Which makes the nearby surrounding matter radioactive. Few important are —strontium -90, cesium 137,cobalt 60 etc. Such particles are widely dispersed by air and further into soil and water to affect organisms.
