Dear Members of locality,
                                           As we all know, our locality is becoming dirty day by day. All are throwing garbage here and there without any type of hesitation.
 If it reamains the same for few weeks then our locality will looks like a dustbin. It needs to be clean. So, i kindly requesting you to all not to throw garbage here and there. Honestly put it in a dustbin.
    Especially, don't spit anywhere. 
If anyone broke the rules, then he/she would have to clean the whole locality.
