It is hereby notified to all the students of XYZ School that there will be a donating camp next week on 17.2.2019 in ABC Field. Everyone is requested to bring minimum of money which is 50rs. per head.

If there is anyone who can provide other essential things such as dry foods and clothing, he or she is welcomed. Everyone is requested to attend the school that day. Everyone outside the school premiere is welcomed as long as they have identity proofs with them.

The bus will be leaving at 7:00 a.m. from school and will reach there by 8:00 a.m. The school will be closed that day. Everyone is requested to wear their proper school uniform and bring their Ids.
