Hi there,
I am not going to write the notice but i would like to give you some ideas about it.

First, Describe about the Hindi essay competition conducted by your school, and how soon the competition will be arriving...

Second, Tell the students about the venue, how they should give their names and where to give and give a last date for giving the names....Mention that this competition is for grades 8 and 9..

Also tell them (i meant write) about the exciting prizes the winners would get..
Writ the notice with a suitable headline and finish it in a pleasant way...

For every notice there will be a specific word limit, so write in the word limit..
