Explanation:

All the students of class X-XII are hereby informed that our school is going to organize free cycles distribution programme. It will be held on 12th of this month in our school ground. Free cycles will be distributed to them under the project “Sabuj Sathi”-“Sabuj” in Bengali means green and “Sathi” means companion –launched by the Govt of west Bengal. For this the local MLA has been invited to inaugurate the programme. All the students, especially those of classes X to XII are requested to be present on that day. Volunters will be required to help smooth distribution of cycles. Interested students must enlist their names to their respective class teachers by the end of this week.
