(EDUCATIONAL TOUR)

All the students of our school are hereby informed that our school is going to organize an educational tour to Darjeeling. It will be a ten-day tour on Darjeeling from18th August,2018. We will go to by train which leaves Howrah Station at 7.25 am. We will return by 9 a.m. on August 27, 2018.

All the students who are to participate in the tour are requested to deposit Rs.1000 per head to the office by 10th August 2018. They are to assemble at the school premises by 5.00 a.m. on August 18 without delay. For further information, they may contact the undersigned. For more details contact this number XYZ.

We will go to by train which leaves Howrah Station at 7.25 am. We will return by 9 a.m. on November 20, 2019.  

            All the students who are to participate in the tour are requested to deposit Rs.1000 per head to the office by 20th October 2019. They are to assemble at the school premises by 5.00 a.m. on August 10 without delay. You must have consent letters of their guardians. You are also to take their personal belongings including toilet articles, bedsheets and air pillows. For further information, they may contact the undersigned.
