OUR SCHOOL IS RESTRICTING HOLIDAYS. THE SCHOOL WILL REOPEN ON 9TH MARCH INSTEAD OF 25TH MARCH, DUE TO LESS TIME FOR COMPLETING PORTION FOR THE YEAR 2016-2017. THERE WILL BE A OF PORTION DONE. ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY. ALL THOSE WHO ARE SICK OR WON'T BE ABLE TO MAKE IT PLEASE EMAIL TO THEIR CLASS TEACHERS.

Dear Seniors, I am working in private company in Noida. Can any body help me by clearing my issue. 1. Is there any Law related to grant of Restricted Holidays to employee under probation. 2. Can we grant Restricted Holiday to the employees under probation period? We do not have any written rule in our HR Policy and the question is raised by the management when an employee asked to approve her RH. My management require written law/rule regarding grant of Restricted Holiday to probationary employees, I could not found any rule on internet. Can any body help me with this and share the link from where I can get this rule in written as soon as possible.
