write a notice to intimate your class fellows about the visit to the book fair your class teacher has organised. This has to be held on 20th November at pragmatic maidan, new Delhi. Inform them about the programme, mode of transport, time and to be spent there and the project report to be prepared.

The annual book fair is to be organized on 20th November '19 at pragmatic maidan, New Delhi. The book fair will have many books of genres like suspense, horror, comedy etc. At 7:00am all the students who have their interest in coming have to assemble at the school from there we will go directly to the ceremony. If someone has any question he or she may contact me.
