Meeting for discussing the safety

This is to inform all the residents that a meeting is arranged on 8th May,2019 at the Colony Clubhouse at 6:30 pm.

There have been many cases related to buglary and theft. To avoid them in future, the meeting is arranged. The meeting will make aware the residents about the correct step when they face such situations and what to do to prevent them.

I request all the residents to cooperate by attending the meeting so that we could make a safe environment for ourselves.
