Step 1)*make a box*
Step 2)*write name of your school at the top center*
Step 3)*Write 'Notice' To make it clear what it is*
Step 4)*Write what the notice is about and why you're organizing a tour *
Step 5)*Write where you're taking the (Kids/Students) and when*
Step 6)*Write instructions on what is needed for the tour*
Step 7)*Write a name and sign it (for e.g. Mr.Smith-Head of school {sign})*
