It is an honour for me to serve the Congress Party, whose values and ideals have served as the lifeblood of our beautiful nation. I owe the country and my organisation a debt of tremendous gratitude and love.

As President of the Congress Party, I am responsible for the loss of the 2019 election. Accountability is critical for the future growth of our party. It is for this reason that I have resigned as Congress President.

Rebuilding the party requires hard decisions and numerous people will have to be made accountable for the failure of 2019. It would be unjust to hold others accountable but ignore my own responsibility as President of the party.

Fitness is important in every individual's life, as they benefit us in many ways. Fitness not only gives you physical health but plays a vital role in maintaining mental health too. Here are the reasons why fitness plays an important role in the youngster's life. A Physically active person will have a  lower blood cholesterol level, lower blood pressure, stronger bones, muscles, and joints. It also reduces the risk of a heart attack. Fitness helps in the reduction of stress and gives you a good sleep pattern. It is a must to have a minimum of 45 minutes of any physical activity in your routine. Physical activity can be in any form such as Yoga, Gym workouts, Cycling, Zumba, Gymnastics, Sports activity, and so on. So please take Fitness as a serious thing in your life. It is a kind note to every youth of the nation.
