I like to travel new places. Whenever there is an opportunity to visit a new place, I am always ready for it. Recently I went to attend the wedding of my childhood friend. They live in a village located in mountains. After the wedding ceremony I found out that there is an excellent spot located nearby for fishing and swimming. As I am found of visiting new places I gathered other friends and convinced them to travel with me to this place.
We didn’t knew the exact location so we asked a local person to come with us. We started our journey soon after making some arrangements. The spot we were headed was an isolated place and there was no road to it and we had to travel there by foot.
Soon on our way we found out that this will not be an easy way. We had to cross two mountains and which was no easy task. We were city folks and we had no experience of climbing mountains. Soon we got tired while climbing the first mountain. The terrain was very hard to cross. There was no man made path and we had to climb up straight.
The local guy was use to this sort of travel so he did not had any problems but we were exhausted. We made many stops on our way and consumed lots of water. After reaching the top of mountain we thought we finished the hard part of travel but we were wrong. The decent from the mountain proved much more difficult than climbing. We had to move in slope like path and at this point that coming here was a big mistake.
But there was no other option left and we had to move. It took us lots of time to reach down but somehow we accomplished it. All of us got few bruises here and there but thankfully nothing serious happened to any of us.
On reaching our destination we all admitted that it was worth taking all this risk. It was an amazing spot with crystal clear water between the mountains with no one else there. Soon we all forgot our pain and started enjoying our time. I am a good swimmer so I dived into the water. It was cold and fresh and rejuvenated all my energy. We also brought equipment for fishing and there was an expert in fishing with us. We caught few good size fish and started cooking them on the spot.
All in all we enjoyed our each second on this location. We planned to go back before the sun go down. Our way back to the village was not as difficult because now we all knew how to move in this type of area. On reaching back we were all very tired and we decided to stay there for the night.
In the morning we left for the city. It was a memorable tour and its memories are still fresh in my mind. I must admit, it was quite an adventure.
