"Hurry up, it's time to go" said Ella, blocking the sun.
We were at an old gass station. It was abandoned of course. We slept there last night because of the storm.
Ella is my neighbor. We're also the same class at school. But i don't know why I've never talked to her much. Just hi or hello.
We live on the country side and our school is pretty far from home. She usually goes to school with her friend Emma. But yesterday she was alone. Emma had a fever that's why she didn't go to school.
I walk to school alone Because i don't have any friends. It's not like I'm sad about it. I like being alone. Most of the times.
But sometimes when I look at someone hanging out with their friends or girlfriend I feel sad. Just a little bit.
So I was walking back home.
Weather was great and the sky was clear when i was at school. But it turned into a bit grayish color when i was coming back home.
It was just a matter of minutes when I felt the first rain drop on my skin.
Somehow I knew it was going to get a little wet. It started raining heavily and i started looking for a place to save myself from geting all soaked up. Luckily there was an abandoned gass station nearby.
Just afer a few seconds i saw someone.
Running towards the gas station.
It was a girl. I didn't knew it was her until she was there.
She came inside and we just sat there.
about an hour passed but we didn't talk. We did say hi but nothing after that.
Then i tried talking to her because it would kill me otherwise. I asked her about what she likes and what she wants to be in life. All sorts of questions. She kept answering most of them.
She also asked me some questions and i was more than pleased to answer.
She was shy at first but when she knew how similar we were. She just exploded.
Time flew by while we were busy sharing our thoughts on all kinds of stuff. Night was there and it was still pouring outside. I started a fire from some old junk I found in the shed.
We became good friends. Ella was a really nice girl. I never knew because we never talked this much. She was the kind to do anything for the one she loves and I was kind of the same.
We layed there using out school bags as pillows. We were awake till 3:45 am. She fell asleep while i was talking. I didn't know until i looked at her. I decided to sleep as well after looking at her face for a few minutes.
I wasn't an early riser unlike her. So she was the one to wake up first. She woke me up and said "Hurry up, it's time to go". The rain had stopped and sky was clear now. The sun was above the horizon. We picked up our things and walked home together.
