Subject: Permission to attend school without blazer
Dear Madam:
Respectfully I wish to state that my school blazer has been torn accidentally and is beyond repair. I checked with the uniform supplier; the stock is finished. It will take approximately a week before he can provide new blazer. Kindly allow me to attend school without wearing the blazer. I don’t want to miss my studies by being absent from the school for the same reason. I shall be grateful for the favor.
