I am very much a daddy's girl!!! So much so that our eating habits, talking style, our behavior are same. We both are never good with words or even sharing feelings with each other.
Below story is one of which I will like to share. Once 3:00 am, I was sitting on the kitchen window, just looking outside. My dad got up to go to the washroom. He saw me sitting on the kitchen window, all curled up crying. He asked me what happened, I said, "Dad I don't want to marry this person, you and everyone thinks is perfect for me. I don't like him, and I don't want to cry for rest of my life, just because I am choosing to respect your decision. Please don't make me do this to myself. I won't be able to go through it."He didn't say much, just asked me to go to bed.
Next morning, he told my mom, to call that guy's family, and inform them, that we are not interested in giving our daughter. All he told my mom, If she doesn't want to do this, I don't see think we should push her. I won't see my daughter unhappy.I am so lucky that my father has supported me in everything and has always kept my happiness in mind.
