Caring makes a better lesson for if you cares for someone then it probably means that since you love that person you are caring or missing him / her. If a person cares for you , then for me I will say that you are the luckiest to be cared by someone else. Since caring is something said to be lucky for it comes only when a person starts to love each other or know each other more. It proves their affectionate and attention for each other. So if someone cares for you think yourself to be the luckiest.
