Social media is essentially the new way of keeping in touch with everything and everyone, and of even strengthening bonds between each other. First of all, social media has made it possible for people, or even families, who live far away from each other to communicate easily. Before, people used to communicate through writing letters and having them sent through the mail, which would take a lot of time and communication, could not be done fast enough and constantly. Another way that communication was done before was by talking through the old-fashioned telephone.
