The quality of being desirable and sincerity is the quality of being honest, true and real. An example of sincerity is a person who really means everything that he promises. so we should be desirable in our lives but up-to a limit and our desires and work should never hurt anyone
Best example of sincerity in work is Ausable. Who is a secret agent but a qualitive person also qualitive person also. His physical appearance and joviality deceive everyone. It is hard for a new person to find out he is an accomplished secret agent.
His greatest quality is his calmness and composure. When Max tries to elicit some secret information out of Ausable, the latter handles it calmly; he makes such a clever plan of the ordinary happenings that Max gets trapped in them. He makes Max believe that knocking on the door is by the police; he also makes him believe that the window opens to a safe balcony where Max could hide. As Max tries to go into the balcony, Max falls to the ground as there was no balcony.

Workplace politics can play a big role in changing someone’s demeanor toward their colleagues, for example. Another reason can be that the targeted employee has valuable skills that are in high demand and their time is limited. It’s no secret that we try to expedite tasks for those we like, so it doesn’t hurt to back the niceties with some sincerity. So when does a new project turn from a simple request into a hidden agenda without the chance of a developing internal partnership? There are some subtle clues you can pick up if you’re interested in a transparent relationship with your colleagues.
When your co-worker is playing on a hidden agenda they might:-

Instead just be more aware of what you’re sharing and really listen to what they’re saying. Stay open minded while you’re at work, because it is possible for people to change. You won’t want to be shut out of some unique opportunities because of one or two poor experiences.
