Time is a continuous process.An ideal man is always disciplined about time.The great poet Rudyard Kipling says in his poem If 'if you can fill the unforgiving minute' We only watch the speedness of time & feel the flowness of time.But we can never catch the time.Because time and tide waits for none.So we have to utilise the time to do our level best & for acheiveing the goal of our life. Instead of this we will be ruined.
