Write a paragraph about the role of parents in helping children attain their goal based on the story"his first flight"
Answers
Answer:
To help your children in school, explain to them how school helped you. Tell them how, despite a few bad teachers, going to school was wonderful. It was fun. It was fascinating. Learning is a great joy. School empowered you. It got you where you are today. Without school you would have a menial, boring, meaningless job, instead of a productive one that you can be proud of. You love your work, and your friends who ignored school and did poorly wound up having miserable jobs and a generally tough time in life. Brag!
Alas, many parents do the opposite. They say that they are not appreciated in their jobs; they say that others less talented have gotten the promotions; they say, in effect, that hard work and study don't pay off. That inspires the child to give up too. If it didn't work for my parents, why should it work for me?
Nobody is more important in the education of children than are their parents. Children will emulate them more than the parents really want; when parents explain what the child should do, the child is more likely to follow what the parent did do. So describe to your children how important schooling was to you. Describe how it helped you get ahead, and still does. Describe how schooling helped make you into a thoughtful, knowledgeable person, someone who understands the world, and because you understand the world, you make good decisions.
