Winter is the season of the month when it is very cold. During the winter season there is snow in many countries like America, Switzerland. During the winter season some kids make snowman. Winter season in most parts of the world is in December it is very cold during this time. People wear woolen clothes during the winter season. We wear sweaters, scarfs etc to keep our bodies warm. In places like Antarctica and Arctic it is winter season throughout the year. People living in these places build igloos which is made using ice. These houses are in the shape of hemisphere. It is spacious. Winter season is the time of the year when it is Christmas a festival celebrated by the Christians. During this season it is said that Santa Claus would come through the chimney of the houses and deliver presents under the Christmas tree set up. People love to set up a firewood and stay warm during the winter season. The houses in cold countries have a sliding type roof through which snow will slide easily. During the winter season people love sipping on hot coffee or hot chocolate. Hot drinks are loved by everyone during this season. Children enjoy doing snowball fight during winter in very cold countries these countries are mostly in United States and Europe. They make snowballs using the snow and throw it at each other. Winter is a wonderful season after all !
