A Strong Leader
In the history of mankind, many great leaders appeared and left; a few of them left indelible prints of their greatness for inspiration for eternity. Jesus Christ, Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther King, Mahatma Gandhi are a few names that are fit to be called exemplary leaders. They dedicated their lives to bring people more enlightenment, betterment, freedom, liberty, social equality, and justice.
A strong leader is divinely inspired whose purpose of existence is making the life of his people better. He either fights against injustice or a social evil. Unlike the contemporary leaders, true leaders of the class mentioned above had limited resources, but limitless will and strength of character. For example, Abraham Lincoln; his life was a series of struggles that he fought valiantly and his words and deeds were focused on bringing equality to all Americans, especially the coloured people. In spite of so much of opposition he succeeded in implementing Emancipation Proclamation that brought freedom to millions of slaves.
All strong and genuine leaders are men and women of high moral character, indomitable will, and without any trace of vested interests. They are the role-models of the best human traits that they develop from facing failures and adversities. They don’t hesitate even sacrificing their own lives for the just cause they support.
