This is one of the very funny incidents which has ever happen to me!!
Last year, I appeared in a competitive examination. The center of the examination was at MDK college, Dibrugarh about 15 KM from my home.
On the day of the examination, I took an auto to the examination centre. This ride cost me around ₹100.
After 3 hours, the exam finished and i was quite happy as I did pretty well. While leaving the center i noticed that the sky was cloudy and a cool breeze was touching my ears.
I thought that the weather was really nice and that i should walk to the auto stand and take a shared auto as this would save me around 80 bucks.
I started walking towards the auto stand but after 5 minutes, I noticed a girl on her scooty stopped to my right!
“Hi, Do you live around” A female voice asked,
“No no….I live near AMC…that’s quite far from here” I said,
“Oh! I can drop you at paltan bazar ” she said,
(Paltan bazar is a market very near to my place)
“No no…it’s ok I will take an auto” I replied,
(Inside my head- what?why? …who is she??..why is she asking me this??)
“It's going to rain heavily. I can drop you ”, She said politely.
I can't remember what happened next but i did take the lift till paltan bazar.
Me - “Thank you very much”
She- “No, Actually I should say thank you to you”
Me- “Why ?”
She- “Today I was sitting behind you in the examination hall”.
Me- “Really??”
She - “And I copied most of your answers” (with a shy and a smile)
We both bursted into laughter.
We chatted for some time.
She- “Thank you. Bye, I am getting late”
Me - Bye!
As it turned out, She did copy most of my answers. We met again at the same engineering college. She is in Electrical Dept. And i am in Civil.
