An assembly is the time of peace and quite. It is also an old culture of every country.The morning assembly of my in my school begins with a prayer followed by five - minutes meditation. The students stand in rows class wise. The assembly presentation is done section wise on a theme started in students read out quotations, deliver speeches or enact  a role play on the given time. The assembly concludes with the National Anthem. Sometimes certificates and trophies are distributed to prize winners of various inter-school competitions. A uniform check also takes place after a prayer session. A solemn and peaceful atmosphere prevails during the assembly.
