The scenes during the school recess is full of bustle. The moment the bell for the recess sounds, children rush out of their classes to canteen, water taps, and wash rooms.
School recess is a welcome respite after first four periods of grueling study. The school corridors become alive again with students moving here and there. At the canteen counter the rush of students is unmanageable. Near the canteen students stand in groups to enjoy snacks. Teachers also take their refreshment and get ready to teach for the remaining periods.
Soon, the bell signaling close of the recess is sounded. Children start moving back to their classes to resume their studies. Within minutes the school becomes quiet again.
