Sports and games help us be fit and healthy . Playing Sports involve physical activities which improve our blood circulation and increase immunity . Games increase our ability to take decision and make us more confident. Sports and games teach us many values like teamwork, sportsmanship, hardworking ,leadership and unity. Along with physical fitness they improve our mental health, they refresh our mind and increase our concentration . Sports make us a good and social person .Lack of sports make you dull.
So, Sports and Games are really important for a student's life.
