The best meal I’ve ever had in my life as far as just the food goes, is the Asian Nachos at located at the Dallas, Galleria.

I have never had anything like this dish before, which can be ordered as an appetizer or main course. When I eat Asian nachos I can barely contain my food ecstasy.
The explosion of different textures and flavors is exquisite.
The dish, which arrives at the table piping hot consists of crispy fried wontons covered with chunks of tender juicy grilled chicken pieces which are covered in a sweet-hot peanut sauce with a generous heaping of crushed peanuts.
The entire plate is drizzled with a light white melted cheese, green onions and wasabi cream.
It’s crispy, meaty and sweet and hot all at the same time.
The wontons and peanuts are crunchy. The chicken chunks which are tender and succulent are generously placed on top of the wontons.
The entire plate is swimming in a very generous serving of gooey, sweet and spicy peanut sauce.
In the middle of the nachos is a very generous scoop of perfectly cooked rice which can be eaten separately or spooned onto each nachos as an added garnish.
The only problem with the Asian Nachos is that you get 8 very large loaded wontons on a perfectly heated plate.
One person can not possibly eat the entire serving by themselves. At least I don’t anyone. I certainly can barely finish 3 or 4.
You can take the Asian Nachos home, but they don’t reheat very well, no matter what you try (oven, microwave etc.,).
To add insult to injury, the Grande Lux serves hot out-of-the-oven bread with big chunks of butter at the beginning of the meal. They also have made-to-order chocolate chips cookies that you have to order with your meal.
The cookies come to your table piping hot with the chips still melting all over your fingers when you pick them up.
The iced tea is fresh brewed and delicious and is bottomless.
Every time I eat the Asian Nachos I’m in food esctacy.
To describe the Asian Nachos as orgasmic, at least as far as I’m concerned, is right on the money.
