Students who have a clear and decisive goal setting about their careers tendto be more successful, not onlyin their career, but other areas of their life as well. In the modern times, younger generation's inclination towards offbeat careers is more than the conventional careers. More students want tonewer career options such as online work, hotel management, accent coaches, actors, models, fashion designers, interior designers, etc. The trend to jump the bandwagon of becoming engineers, doctors, teachers, lawyers, etc is dwindling away.
