We Use Mobile to do our Day to Day work these days...like Payments,Entertainment,Chatting etc..but If we use Mobile In Excess it can harm us.As excessive Mobile Usage can Cause Eye pain,Eye Dryness,Headache,Insomnia etc.So we have to Use Mobile in limit only.

Mobile phones one of the invention of scientists or of science for us. Because of them we can easily do our work. Work like?

Means because if mobile phones we can easily search anything or any matter related to our studies, because of it we can take online classes at home, because of it we can do online shopping while sitting at home and so on. 

But with advantages there are disadvantages of mobile phones too. Because of it children spend most of their time on it. The time which they have to spend on their studies they spend it on mobile phones. Which leads to un-concentratation in their studies. 

Because of mobile phones we are not going outside of our houses. Due to this we are getting different from our society.

So, invention of mobile phones both useful and harmful for us. But it's all depends upon us that how we use them.
